Product Key Delivery
- Delivery Method: Product Keys are currently delivered via email only.
- Processing Time: After your purchase is approved, we process your order, typically within 1 hour, but it may take up to 24 hours to deliver.
- Confirmation: Once your order is complete, we send a confirmation email with the Product Key to the email address provided during checkout.
Important Note:
Product Keys are considered “DIGITAL PRODUCTS.” Once delivered via email, they cannot be returned as they are not physical items that can be resold.
Warranty and Refund Policy
Warranty:
- All products come with a 1 year limited warranty .
- After the warranty period, replacements or refunds are not provided.
No Refund in the Following Cases:
- The buyer places the wrong order without reading the complete product description, and the Product Key is already delivered.
- The buyer is unable to download the software due to poor internet connectivity.
- The buyer cannot download or install the software due to a lack of technical knowledge.
- The Product Key fails to activate due to buyer-related issues, such as previously using a cracked tool for activation. In such cases:
- Use Microsoft’s support tool to clean previous activations before attempting activation.
- If the Product Key gets blocked due to cracked license usage, no warranty or refund will be provided.
- Office 2016/2019/2021/2024 Pro Plus (Phone Activation):
- Phone activation keys can be activated only onetime on the same device.
- No further reactivation support, warranty, or refund is provided after three months.
- Third-Party Domain Office 365 Accounts:
- No refunds for forgotten passwords after the first password change.
Refund in the Following Cases:
- If techubiz.com fails to deliver the Product Key via email, an automatic refund will be processed.
- For third-party domain Office 365 accounts:
- If the domain is not working or the subscription is disabled.
- Any subscription account not working within 1 year (e.g., Lynda, Office 365, VPN, JetBrains, GitHub).
Important for Product Key Activation Issues:
- If the Product Key fails to activate, buyers must provide:
- A full-screen screenshot showing the error window.
- Current date and time.
- Email this to support@techubiz.com.
- Buyers have 30 days from the date of purchase to report activation issues. After this period, no replacement key will be issued.
Refund Process and Timeline
- Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 1-7 business days.
- Transfer Time: Once processed, refunds may take 2-14 business days to reflect in the buyer’s payment source, depending on their bank or service provider.
Additional Information for Buyers
